Between worlds30X30Acrylic on canvas Collection: Night“Night” unfolds as a psychological landscape, a space where clarity dissolves and instinct takes over. Across the three works, movement, tension, and force replace certainty, inviting the viewer into a state that feels both intimate and unstable. Created with acrylic on canvas, satin glazing medium, and glass bead gel, each piece is developed through layered palette knife techniques. The surfaces are built with texture, allowing the material to shift, reflect, and absorb light in subtle ways. Rather than fully illuminating the compositions, light moves across them, revealing fragments while leaving other areas concealed. The physicality of the materials becomes essential, reinforcing a sense of transition between presence and disappearance. Each work represents a distinct condition within this nocturnal space. Past the Edge of Reason suggests momentum beyond logic, where emotion overrides structure and movement becomes inevitable. The Shadow of Staying holds a quiet conflict, where opposing forces coexist without resolution, reflecting tension between endurance and transformation. Into the Infinite expands outward, carrying a sense of power that feels both grounded and limitless, as boundaries begin to dissolve. Together, these works form a passage through the unseen, moving from instability to confrontation to expansion. “Night” becomes not simply a time, but a condition: a space where identity loosens and meaning emerges through sensation, material, and depth rather than definition.Between worlds30X30Acrylic on canvas Collection: Night“Night” unfolds as a psychological landscape, a space where clarity dissolves and instinct takes over.
